Blake Bertea serves as President of the OCSAC Board of Directors, having joined the board in 2021. Outside of OCSAC, Blake is an Executive Director and Wealth Partner with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. He began his career as an intern at Kidder, Peabody & Co., later holding roles at Prudential Securities and Hambrecht & Quist before spending more than a decade with CIBC/Oppenheimer.

Steve Mensinger serves as Vice President of the OCSAC Board of Directors, having joined the board in 2003. Outside of OCSAC, he is President of Mesa Management and Levendi Winery. Steve has a long history of civic and community involvement, with leadership roles in organizations such as the South Coast Apartment Association, Scouting America, Costa Mesa United, Girls Inc., and numerous youth sports organizations.

Wayne Pinnell serves on the OCSAC Board of Directors having joined the board in 2005. Outside of OCSAC, he is the Managing Partner of Haskell & White LLP, a role he has held since 2004, where he oversees the firm’s strategic direction and operations while continuing to serve clients as an Audit Partner. Prior to becoming Managing Partner, Wayne was a partner in the firm’s Audit and Business Advisory Services Group and previously spent more than a decade at BDO Seidman, LLP, advancing to partner.

Jim Allen serves on the OCSAC Board of Directors, having joined the Sheriff’s Advisory Council in 1990 and serving as a Director since 1997. Outside of OCSAC, Jim founded Allen Packaging Company in 1982 and TSS Distribution Services in 1984, both providing packaging products and services throughout Southern California. He served as President and CEO of both companies until retiring in 2022.

Mike serves as Senior Vice President of Government Relations at Rancho Mission Viejo, where he brings extensive experience in public policy, government affairs, and community engagement. Dennis Cole serves on the OCSAC Board of Directors, having joined the board in 2022. Outside of OCSAC, he is Chief of Staff for the Orange County Department of Education. Dennis has served in public education in Orange County for 31 years, including roles as a teacher, school principal, county-wide director, and Chief of Staff. He has a long history of civic and community involvement, such as the Fountain Valley School District, Boy Scouts of America Orange County Council, and Junior Achievement of Orange County.

Aaron Dyer serves on the OCSAC Board of Directors, having joined the board in 2024. Outside of OCSAC, he is Vice President of Savala Equipment Company, Inc. in Irvine, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Aaron has a strong history of industry and community involvement, such as the Construction Industry Air Quality Coalition, the Engineering Contractors Association, and the Operating Engineers Local 12 Joint Apprenticeship Committee.

Rick Keller serves on the OCSAC Board of Directors having joined the board in 2007. Outside of OCSAC, he is Chairman of his investment management firm, bringing more than 30 years of experience building and guiding a full-service organization offering wealth management, consulting, trust, and banking services. Rick has a long history of leadership and community involvement, including serving as Chairman and Trustee of the UC Irvine Investment and Foundation Committee and as a consultant to the Regents of the University of California.

Outside of OCSAC, he is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of The Bascom Group, a nationally recognized real estate investment firm specializing in multifamily and commercial value-added investments. David previously held senior roles with Disney Development Company, a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company, and has a long history of leadership and community involvement throughout Southern California

Bruce MacRae serves on the OCSAC Board of Directors, having joined the board in 2004 and previously served as President of the Council. He retired after a 45-year career with United Parcel Service, most recently serving as Vice President of U.S. Government Affairs for the West Region. Bruce has a long history of civic and community involvement, including leadership roles as Chairman of the Los Angeles Sheriff's Youth Foundation, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Battleship USS Iowa.
